Assessment
Our first meeting will be a 50 minute assessment appointment. The assessment gives us the opportunity to consider whether or not we can work well together.
Counselling appointments
Counselling appointments are 50 minutes and are regular, in-person and weekly (typically, at the same time each week).
Location & availability
My practice is based at A Quiet Room by the Shore (AQR) in Leith. https://aquietroom.co.uk/ I'm at AQR on Mondays (8.30am - 4.30pm), Tuesdays (12.30pm - 7.30pm) and Thursdays (9am - 3pm). On Fridays (9am - 5pm), I hire a room in Edinburgh city centre (at 22 Forth Street).
The rooms that I use are secure, comfortable and beautifully decorated spaces, designed with the therapeutic needs of clients in mind.
Costs
The assessment appointment costs £60 (50 minutes). I ask for payment in advance of the assessment appointment. Counselling appointments cost £60 (50 minutes), payable after the session has taken place.

Prior to booking an assessment appointment, I am happy to offer you a brief (15 - 20 minute) introductory phone call, free of charge. Please contact me if you would like to schedule this.
